We will teach you the basic secrets of creating a masterpiece and how to create the "WOW" factor in your yard. From choosing the right container, to the proper soils and flowers you will be an expert by the end of this class. This class is offered FREE of charge and will last approximately 30 minutes. (Option to create your own container is available for a small fee)

Calling all children 1 years to 100 years! Start your veggie garden by seed and watch your crops grow. Cost of $5 per child to cover materials. Wear appropriate clothing- hands will be getting dirty.

Go green! Learn about gardening techniques that use the organic method. Discussion on how to lessen the negative effects we have on the planet earth. Garden expert Marlene Proell will share many ideas and alternatives to chemical use.

Bring in your containers or baskets and create your annual flower masterpiece here. Staff will be on hand to help in choosing the right combinations for you. Use your imagination and build containers that all your neighbors will envy! Cost $20.00 for members $30.00 for non-members

Which vegetables are fool proof in Wisconsin? Come to this seminar and find out. Kathy Hatton will discuss the basics on vegetable growing. Vegetables in containers will be discussed and you can even plant up and take home your container vegetable garden. Cost $20.00 for members, $30.00 for non-members. If you prefer not to make a container, the class is free but please register. I can almost taste that first tomato now!

Drought tolerant garden plants and techniques. Discussion will include various techniques to deal with watering restrictions, water run-off, and helpful tips to help conserve water. We will also be discussing on how to plant a rain garden.

Enjoy watching wildlife frolic in your garden. Discussion will include techniques and plants that will draw butterflies, hummingbirds, and other wondrous creatures into your garden.
